LIFELINE FELLOWSHIP
CHRISTIAN CENTER

HISTORY
Bishop Charles and Dr. Lisa Dorsey are the co-founders of Lifeline Fellowship Christian Center. The Lord impressed upon their hearts to start this wonderful work for the glory of God. A series of events led to doors opening and closing, as well as gaining favor in the sight of others, along with many challenges, ultimately culminating in God’s divine timing and direction. On April 1, of 2001, after much prayer and fasting, Pastor Dorsey began scouting the land, asking the Lord to order his steps. Through divine intervention, on May 6, 2001, we held our first service in the Faculty Dining Room on the campus of Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California.

For such a time as this, the Lord has placed a burden on Pastor Charles and Dr. Lisa Dorsey’s hearts to win the lost to Christ, to encourage those who have walked away from faith in Christ to return to the Lord, and to equip the Lord's people for ministry through discipleship and building relationships with God, family, and others.

Pastor Charles and Dr. Lisa Dorsey have also founded and incorporated the Lifeline Community Services and Economic Development Corporation to work in cooperation with the ministry, meeting the community's needs through various outreach programs.
